*Oil Sump Plates:   These plates are manufactured using the latest CNC milling machines from solid 6061 aluminum billet. This precision machining process gives our sump plates extra strength and rigidity to help prevent oil leaks. The extra surface area that is gained with the unique fin design also helps to keep your engine oil cooler.

Kit includes oil sump plate, new gaskets, magnetic drain plug with sealing ring, studs and lock nuts.

Engine Stand Adapter Ring:  Don't spend $250 to $300 for an engine stand. Mainely Custom by Design, Inc. is manufacturing an alternative for you.

Our Engine Stand Adapter Ring will easily bolt onto any universal engine stand, using four 3/8" bolts, giving you a safe and easy way to work on any 356 to 930 Porsche engine.

This is a very heavy-duty adapter ring that is machined from solid steel, with all the right notches and relief angles to accommodate all Porsche and VW air cooled engines.

Fuel Pump Block-Off Plate:  Our "NEW" 356/912 Fuel Pump Block-Off Plate is manufactured from solid 6061 billet aluminum, using the latest CNC machine process.

We've also incorporated an internal o-ring to seal the plate to the case.

Our Fuel Pump Block-Off Plate will allow you to completely remove the manual fuel pump, when installing an electric fuel pump.

Our kit includes:
1 Billet Aluminum Block-Off Plate, 1 Sealing O-Ring, 2 Wave Lock Washers and 2 Acorn Nuts.

Air Cleaner Adapter:  Wire mesh air cleaner adapter kit. This adapter set lets you keep an original look for your 356 Super 90, SC or 912 Porsche. Our adapter plates are manufactured with the latest CNC milling technology from 6061 aluminum. There is a slight clearance modification required to the bottom of your air cleaners.

Two aluminum adapter plates, all necessary hardware, installation instructions and a modification template are included.

Aluminum Billet Air Filter:  Our custom high performance billet air filters are manufactured from 6061 billet aluminum using the latest CNC milling machines. The unique fin design adds strength and rigidity. We have chosen to use the famous K&N high-flow washable filter to help gain maximum air flow, while keeping the dirt out.

Not only do these air filters look great, but the integrated velocity stacks increase air flow creating more horsepower. Dyno testing with a 356 Porsche engine has shown an increase of more than 3 horsepower.

These air filters kits are available for Solex and Weber carburetors, and come in gold anodized or polished finish. The kits include 2 complete air filters and all mounting hardware.

Oil Dip Stick with Temperature Gauge:  Ever wonder that the oil temperature in your motor really is? Well now you can tell.

We have developed three NEW DIPSTICKS for your 356 or 912 Porsche, Type 1 Volkswagen and 914 / 912E Porsche. Our dipsticks have a 1" Oil Temperature Gauge that is manufactured with a glass lens that is hermetically sealed so that the fuel and oil around your engine compartment will not affect it. This gauge is +/- 1% over the full span of 50 to 300 degrees. The Bimetal element is dampened with silicone for minimum pointer vibration and maximum heat transfer.We have provided oil level marks on the stainless steel shaft to let you keep track of your proper oil lever.

This is a direct replacement for your original oil dipstick. There are no modifications required for use

Sealant:  Loctite 574 is the Porsche preferred sealant for assembling your Porsche engine case.

This sealant is difficult to find in the United States, it is imported from Germany.

Pioneered by Loctite, this anaerobic gasketing technology has revolutionized the sealing of high performance automotive engines.

Loctite 574 remains liquid when exposed to air, but cures when confined between mating engine surfaces.
