Ordering

Box 1124, Berwick, ME 03901. Be sure to include: Make, model, part(s), quantity, as well as the method of payment, shipping information and daytime telephone number.

Pricing
Prices are the most current available at the time of the writing. The price at the time of invoicing will prevail on all orders. Purchaser is responsible for all local, state and federal taxes concerning this purchase.

Payment Terms
In order to provide our customers with the lowest possible pricing we do not extend credit terms. All sales must be prepaid or COD. We do accept Visa and MasterCard. Please state the account number, expiration date, and full card holder name. We also accept certified bank checks or drafts, and international money orders. These must be in U.S. Dollars and payable at a U.S. Bank. We can accept personal checks and will ship as soon as the check clears our bank. COD to all retail customers must be made with certified funds only. Re-sellers, please see next section.

Core Charges
Some items are sold on an exchange basis. We add a core deposit at the time of the sale. Cores must be returned in sellable condition within 30 days of invoice date to receive the full credit of the deposit. All cores must be returned freight prepaid and have an incoming Authorization Number.

Shipping
We offer UPS Ground Track, UPS Second Day, UPS Next Day, as well as Federal Express shipping services. These services incur different shipping charges. Please call for shipping rates pertaining to your order. Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and must be for in stock items only. COD shipments will be charged a $7.00 service charge. Purchaser takes title of product upon shipment from Mainely Custom by Design, Inc. .

Shipping Errors / Damaged Goods
If you receive an incorrect item, call us immediately. If it was our error then we will ship a replacement via Next Day Service at our expense. If the error was not ours then the original item will need to be received before its replacement can be shipped out. If this proves inconvenient, then a charge must be applied to the customer's credit card equal to the price of the replacement. This charge will be refunded in full once the original item is received, undamaged and complete.

All merchandise leaves our facility properly packaged and in perfect condition. When you receive your shipment, please inspect your order immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Although we do our best to assist, damage claims must be made with the freight carrier (you must keep any and all packing materials). Mainely Custom by Design, Inc. is not responsible for damage incurred during transit.
